我打算買 Acer R7， 有查到 PChome 夜間的價格是35,900元。 加上刷卡回饋金1,200元，大概算34,700元。 Y拍有看到賣家是標價34,000元（全新含稅）。 原本前幾天就要買了，但看到8/1-8/5電腦展，所以等到今天。 我想請教一下，如果去電腦展買，會比網購價格便宜嗎？ 大概便宜多少？ PChome或 Y拍賣家，會不會考量電腦展，再降價促銷呢？ 若要去電腦展還要特地再跑一趟， 所以請教一下有經驗的各位。 感謝！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.45.179.136

洪案效應 政院建議增訂軍審法第239條

針對陸軍下士洪仲丘所引發軍事檢察制度及審判制度是否可移轉到一般司法機關的議題，行政院政務委員羅瑩雪今日在行政院會提出報告，建議增訂「軍事審判法」第239條，該增訂條文如獲立院通過，未來類似洪仲丘的案子將可移到普通法院審判。

羅瑩雪表示，該增訂條文的重點還包括，其他已在偵查中尚未偵查終結的案件，可移到普通地檢署繼續偵查，在軍事法院審判中的案件，如尚未判決，也可移到普通法院繼續審理。

至於已經判決確定的案件，原則上不能抗告或上訴，但如符合刑事訴訟法申請再審或非常上訴的理由，還是可以向普通法院提出申請，因此有些各方認為需要重新解釋的案件，還是可能有機會翻案。

手機繳停車費 帳戶扣款免收手續費

　　有鑑於智慧型手機使用率越來越高，台北市停管處推出的「北市好停車」手機APP軟體再升級，除了可以查詢停車場位置、停車位數量、未繳納的停車費用外，現在還多了繳費功能，操作簡單直接從帳戶扣款，而且免收手續費。

　　「北市好停車」手機應用程式更聰明了，從8月1日起，全國首創提供手機繳停車費服務，透過智慧型手機下載「北市好停車」手機APP軟體，即可查詢、繳納台北市路邊停車費用。

　　台北市停管處表示，車主只要查詢到包括催、追繳等未繳停車資料，選擇欲繳費的停車單，可勾選單筆或多筆繳納，輸入身分證字號後，經核對為車主本人，就可從帳戶扣款且免收手續費，也就是說，限用車主帳號繳本人停車費用。

　　除了8月1日全新上路的手機繳費服務外，目前台北市路邊停車費也已經提供晶片金融卡網路線上繳費、銀行代扣繳、超商臨櫃代收與全市100處公有停車場繳費等多元繳費管道，車主可自行選擇最方便的繳費方式。

　　此外，繳罰單也有免出門的繳納方式。台北市交通事件裁決所提醒，交通違規罰鍰可以在郵局、4大超商繳納之外，也可使用電話語音或電子公路監理網站平台轉帳繳納罰鍰，目前已有300多家金融機構加入服務行列。

　　台北市裁決所指出，如果單據遺失或超過繳納期限者，同樣可以使用電話語音、網路轉帳繳款，或利用4大超商多媒體機列印繳款單後，至超商櫃檯繳款。同時，台北富邦銀行提供代收紅單服務，無論過期與否，只要告知車號或身分證字號即可繳款。不過，若是有代保管物件、檢驗車輛、審驗駕照或吊(扣)銷駕(牌)照等其他處分者，就不得透過自動繳納管道繳款，仍須親自到裁決所辦理。

交往七年，分手暫住在男友家，現在找到工作，找到房子(今天簽約) 已漸漸放下的我，竟然還是會難過~ 當我打電話告訴還在上班的他，我的眼淚還是不爭氣地滴下了~ 於是我迅速講完掛上電話..... 新工作一開始不熟悉要八點或八點半到 目前暫住處6.2公里，新家2.9公里 起床時間可以晚十五分鐘到半小時，對我這個動作慢吞吞的，是很大的好處 本來各訴自己要過得好好的 要能放下他 但即將面臨這一天 我的心還是好捨不得，這個曾經跟我共處七年的家人~ 我好無助~好空虛~即使我知道有好多事要做 我只能專注工作與提升自己上面了~ 我想我私下多哭幾次就好了吧~ ^^ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.185.91.161

洪仲丘虐死案持續延燒，民進黨立委陳亭妃下午將舉行記者會，公布一份由善心人士提供的269旅禁閉室監視器維修紀錄，包括操練場、安官桌兩側等關鍵性鏡頭的軍方監視器維修紀錄，該份資料顯示，監視器在6月曾進行線路更新，駁斥桃園地檢署上午記者會及相關媒體所謂的「監視器線路老舊」說法。
