【游芳男／宜蘭報導】中士陳毅勳昨晚交保後，連夜回到原單位陸軍蘭陽指揮部報到，未來陳毅勳若是放假，需每日上午10時或下午3時，向戶籍地蘇澳警分局馬賽派出所報到。今上午8時許，蘭陽指揮部政戰主任唐明德說：今天陳毅勳未休假。另，蘇澳警分局副分局長李榮坤說：今上午尚未收到軍方公文，若無公文也無法受理陳毅勳報到相關手續。

陳毅勳涉及「洪」案後，陳母一直低調未出面，陳交保後，至今天凌晨2時許，陳母仍未回到蘇澳住處。陳的舅公今上午說：昨軍法庭中，陳毅勳保持緘默權，據了解是律師與家屬商量後的共識「因為怕他在軍中講錯話」未來家屬若不服判決，也會提抗告，至於陳母去向「其實我很多天也不知道她在那裡？」

【陳明旺／台北報導】為阻擋國民黨立委運用人數優勢，在今天立院臨時會院會，強勢表決通過核四公投案，民進黨立委昨天傍晚5點2分即搶進立院議場，展開徹夜守備，要讓今天院會開不成。國民黨團昨傍晚緊急會商，深夜發出動員令，通知立委今清晨4點半到立院集合。4點15分，立委張嘉郡一臉素顏趕到，隨後邱文彥、李鴻鈞、羅明才等20多名藍委陸續趕到，由總指揮官、將軍立委陳鎮湘做勤前教育，要搶回主席台。

陳鎮湘在勤前教育時將藍委分為三批，第一線「接觸」，第二線待命，第三線休息，目標是在主席台附近搶佔一席之地，但儘量不發生衝突。4點40分藍委兵分二路前進議場，進入議場後，藍委直攻主席台，而此時綠委早已議場內座椅堆起阻礙，要力守主席台。

藍委廖國棟等第一線人員在排除障礙時，陸續與綠委發生推擠衝突，姚文智、費鴻泰、陳歐珀、林鴻池等人推擠拉扯成一團，現場「你不要推我」之聲不絕於耳。綠委林淑芬痛斥藍委進議場還帶媒體來是作秀，還說演夠了，「馬英九都看到了！」推擠2分鐘後，場面恢復對峙，綠委仍保有主席台，形成對峙。現場媒體也立即被請出議場，待正式開會時才開放採訪。

標題[問題] 請問高雄三民區哪兒有店修改羽絨外套拉鍊?
