2萬以內，那就中高階，畢竟2萬以上才有旗艦。

先說明一下你提到那款8X。
8X採用Windows Phone 8系統，1.5GHz雙核心，1GB的RAM，16GB的ROM，相機為800萬/210萬畫素，電池容量1800mAh，螢幕尺寸是4.3吋，像素密度是341ppi。

　Windows Phone(以下簡稱WP)是Microsoft(微軟)所設計的系統。這個系統命運多舛，畢竟在Android跟iOS夾殺下，其他系統幾乎無生存空間。WP也是如此，但走到了WP8，情況好了一點。APP增加速度也頗快的，雖然現在APP數量還是無法跟Android跟iOS相比，但至少日常應用是足夠的。WP優點在於順暢度、安全度高，缺點就是APP太少以及系統本身的不成熟(使用者體驗因人而異，但我認為它可以更好)。
　至於8X的話，16GB不能支援外接記憶卡，實在是有點不太足夠。加上WP本身的一些缺點，就現階段而言，我是不太推薦買WP的。不過還是要看你喜好拉。

　關於推薦其他手機，因為你的預算是2萬以下，其實有點廣。我就列出幾款，並且附帶我自己打的文章的網址，勞煩你去看囉。

那我在說明一下，HTC Sesne(HTC自製UI)其實相當的人性化，HTC的品牌，我想有一部份是Sense在加分的。
HTC強在軟體調教，Sense自然是個活招牌。
Sony則強在外觀好看，防水的市場經營很久。
Xiaomi則是"小米"的羅馬拼音，是一款以"性價比"為主打的中國手機品牌。
LG在定價上相對於其他國際品牌便宜了些，可以考慮。
ASUS就是華碩(台灣品牌做電腦的)，主打手機+平板基座的結合使用方式，也可以參考參考。

PS.附上網址完全是因為知識+"字數限制"，常常我就不小心超過了。預算在一定範圍內到還好，但預算一寬了，東西一多了，就會字數破表，所以懇請見諒。
