Change.org 上要求 Twitter 增加檢舉功能的請願募集到 65000 份簽名，Twitter UK 的決定明顯受到 Change.org 影響。雖然聲明內容和請願要求不大一樣，但還是能看出 Twitter 維護社群的決心。這是個積極的訊號。

若是手機沒有辦行動上網，可是有開「行動資料」還是可以上網嗎？
