洪家委任律師邱顯智說，沈威志是被依刑事訴訟法302條妨礙自由，及陸海空軍法45條第2項對部屬施以法定種類、限度以外之懲罰，而被列為被告。據了解，沈威志完全沒料到自己會被列為被告，所以只有4小時的時間可以找律師。

賈伯斯傳記電影 JOBS 將於 8 月 16 日上映，目前該電影的官網已經上線。影片講述了賈伯斯 1971 年到 2000 年間的生活和奮鬥經歷。而SONY也已經買下了《賈伯斯傳》的影視改編權，艾倫·索金出任SONY版賈伯斯傳記電影的編劇。

賈伯斯傳記電影 JOBS 將於 8 月 16 日上映，目前該電影的官網已經上線。《JOBS》官網提供了電影相關的豐富資訊，有興趣的朋友可以看看。

《JOBS》原名為《 Jobs:Get Inspired 》（賈伯斯：靈光乍現），由艾希頓·庫奇主演、喬舒亞麥可史坦執導。影片講述了賈伯斯 1971 年到 2000 年間的生活和奮鬥經歷。

不過我們無法從《JOBS》瞭解 2000 年以後發生在賈伯斯身上的諸多大事——推出 iPod、iPhone、iPad 以及和病魔的鬥爭等。想要完整瞭解賈伯斯的生平，華特·艾薩克森撰寫的《賈伯斯傳》是個不錯的選擇，這本書得到了賈伯斯親自授權。而SONY已經買下了《賈伯斯傳》的影視改編權，艾倫·索金出任SONY版賈伯斯傳記電影的編劇。

艾倫·索金以馬克札伯格為原型編寫的電影《社群網戰》獲得第 83 屆奧斯卡最佳改編劇本獎。

「想快點瘦下來，但又不想吃減肥藥，乾脆來埋線吧！」
「聽說針灸可以減肥又不傷身耶，好想試試看！」

雖然越來越多人開始意識到減肥藥副作用的可怕，但在瘦身過程中，還是常出現想要「走捷徑」的念頭，於是轉而尋求一向給人印象較為溫和的中醫，吃減重中藥、使用針灸瘦身、或是埋線減肥等，都是現在滿夯的方式。

不過，埋了幾條線、扎了幾根針，真的就能讓你擁有窈窕身材嗎？ 恐怕沒有那麼容易...

首先，先讓我們來認識一下，所謂的「針灸減肥」、「穴位埋線」到底是什麼：

針灸減肥：透過刺激人體穴道，加強新陳代謝、降低食慾。

穴位埋線：可說是「針灸」的延伸，透過特殊的細長針具，將「羊腸線」（可被人體吸收的蛋白質組織）埋入體內，不停地刺激該穴位，就好像一天24小時都在針灸一樣。

發現了嗎？無論是針灸或埋線，主要機制都是「降低食慾」和「促進代謝」，藉此體重下降的目的。

也就是說，並非扎了針、埋了線，就可以讓體內脂肪大量消失，僅能說是一種「輔助」機制，而且效果因人而異。

醫師通常還會列出一張禁食清單或規定食量，並且建議你多運動讓效果更好。結果繞了一大圈還是回到「飲食控制」，甚至是「節食」。

專業的中醫師可以幫助我們調理體質，但如果不切實際、想求速瘦的仙丹妙藥，想必會大大失望。
