不尋常　法國野貓群起攻擊人

【綜合報導】法國旅遊城市貝爾福(Belfort)發生罕見的野貓襲人事件，一名女子蹓狗時遭到6隻野貓襲擊，她跌倒在地被亂咬亂抓，甚至咬穿動脈。警方呼籲旅客要小心，不要接觸或餵養流浪貓。

31歲受害人的媽媽，事後描述這起發生於周日(21日)的攻擊事件，指女兒被野貓集體攻擊，「牠們先撲到她身上，想要將她推倒，又咬她手腳，連動脈都被撕裂」。女兒送院治療，注射了狂犬病等多支防疫針。女兒的狗也被送到獸醫處治療。

警方形容這次襲擊事件「十分不尋常」，引起高度關注。專家表示，野貓情緒失控，可能是因為近日熱浪高溫，令牠們變得比平時暴躁。警方呼籲旅客不要隨意接觸和餵飼野貓。

民國77年2月，剛到外島馬祖接任連輔導長不久，發現連上新兵到連部後，總是在距離連部100公尺處，就被班長喝令臥倒，揹著黃埔大背包匍伏前進。如動作不確實，馬上起立交互蹲跳、外加滾進。

問題是這些剛到外島的新兵，可能還在暈船，身上的背包也沒有卸下，那一百公尺距離，有石頭、有紅土、有水泥。

到連部後，有人衣服破了，手肘膝蓋流血了，全身塵土飛揚；接下來，班長來個背包大地震，要新兵把被包裡面的東西全部往外倒，然後一件一件檢查，如看見新兵有帶女友照片，班長就會揶揄新兵說，馬子真漂亮；當然，永不退伍的「阿榮」鐵牛運功散，也是大家必備。

班長的操練，包含交互蹲跳、跪下、起立，簡直可說亂操一通，直到有人吐了，有人不舒服才停止。

後來，我要求連長停止這樣的「新兵報到方式」，連長說，這是他們部隊要把新兵「壓落底」,我反駁他，不應該如此，並要求以後新兵報到，我要去帶。從那梯次後，我這個小小連輔導長每逢新兵搭船來報到，我都和人事兵親自去接兵。同時，也把掉操新兵的過程改掉了。

當時，曾有部隊中老兵因為我太照顧新兵而握起拳頭要揍我，並威脅我說，「輔仔」，不要管太多，要不然....

最近有需求買一台車，因為為了要送貨(量不多)也為了跑業務方便，看上solio這台中古小車 告知業務約莫一星期，幫我找到賣方，大概車況是這樣: 03solio，里程數12萬，一手車，開價是19.8萬;現在的問題是，上網看了一下，通常04-06才有到18-20，不知板上有無solio車主或專家可以提供點意見，因為小弟覺得價格偏高 手機排板較亂請見諒，謝謝 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 223.138.63.180

柯文哲：軍方一直不肯說出真相

台大醫院醫師柯文哲今天說，洪仲丘是因操練導致中暑致死，呼籲軍方講出真相，列出關鍵時間內洪仲丘的行動和處置，接受公評。

陸軍下士洪仲丘疑遭不當處分致死，柯文哲上午出席終結核四催票大聯盟啟動記者會，接受媒體訪問時，再次呼籲軍方盡快講出真相和改善方案。

柯文哲表示，做為醫師要忠於病人的數據去判斷，而根據洪仲丘的報告，確實是中暑致死，中暑原因則是在大太陽底下操練導致。

柯文哲指出，洪仲丘出營治療當天到死亡約10個小時，體溫超過44度，體重暴增13到15公斤，屍體狀況已經亂了，因此解剖報告很難看出發生過何事，而三軍總醫院幫洪仲丘接上葉克膜體外維生儀器，也只是「死馬當活馬醫」，無法救回洪仲丘。

洪仲丘事件延燒至今，柯文哲認為，軍方一直不肯說出真相，政府更企圖以更換國防部長來設停損；他認為，國防部長不應下台，反而應把事情做好，同時呼籲軍方講出真相，列出關鍵時間內洪仲丘的行動和處置，接受公評，並提出未來的改善方案，才能讓人民安心。
