洪仲丘即將在8月4號辦告別式，家屬表示，會先看總統要求的報告，看國防部的誠意，才會確定是否要讓軍方幫助這次告別式。洪慈庸說，若軍方在家屬要求的期限前，與目前情況一樣的話，那家屬會婉拒軍方幫忙，由禮儀公司協助辦理。

紡拓會引述駐洛杉磯辦事處經濟組的資料，20年前大量外流的成衣製造業，如今正慢慢回流美國，以加快補貨速度及銷售更高價格。

紡拓會指出，Brooks Bros.公司五年前在麻州Haver hill購買廠房，員工已從幾年前的300人增至475人，目前已將約7成西裝製造業務移回美國；同時持續將部分襯衫、大衣與西褲等製造業務，轉回美國。

此外，廠房設於美國的好處是補貨速度加快。當季若有特定款式受歡迎，美國廠房可在兩週內填補新訂單，而海外廠房卻需花7週時間。

紐約時裝技術學院（FIT）指出，許多服裝品牌與零售商正考慮將部分製造業務轉回美國，估計未來10年可創造最多 20 餘萬個成衣製造工作機會。且近年來亞洲等地的勞工成本正迅速攀升，加上美國消費者愈來愈青睞「美國製造」商品，並願意支付更高價錢，特別是小規模服飾品牌可獲得更高利益。

紡拓會說，專門販售大學授權服飾的School House公司表示，原在斯里蘭卡生產服飾，但幾年前他們發現工廠出貨速度總比預定的晚1至3個月，特別是規模較小的訂單遭延遲出貨。自 2011 年起，公司決定將所有生產轉包給美國工廠，結果不但解決出貨延遲的問題，每月還意外省下5000美元的監工費用。

例如去年 2 月某項 T 恤衫突然大受歡迎，公司在幾天內就補足需求。另儘管斯里蘭卡的勞工成本仍較為低廉，但改為在美國生產後，公司的利潤卻大幅提高，由原來的22%提升到35%至40%。

部分設計師品牌則因不滿海外生產的商品品質，決定將大半成衣製造轉回美國。主要是在中國大陸生產的服飾瑕疵多，且因訂貨至交貨的期間冗長，不易管理產品配置。但成衣製造移回美國後，以「美國製造」促銷的產品，銷售價格較其餘產品高出15%。

【顏振凱／台北報導】民進黨團上午召開黨團會議，討論臨時會攻防策略，黨團副書記長李俊俋直言，民進黨團最在意兩岸服務貿易協定，黨團最大底線是一定逐條審查、逐一討論，李更嗆：「 國民黨不要忘想逕付二讀過關，不然，一定會付出慘重代價。」黨團書記長吳秉叡也說，如果想包裹表決唬弄過去，民進黨團不能接受。

黨團總召集人柯建銘也撂話，強調民進黨團當然主張不應該開臨時會，不過，國民黨仗著國會多數，要召開當然可以、擋不了，「但是，會怎麼開，不是國民黨在主導的！」

我的膚質是混和性T字易出油,有粉刺 最近蘭芝的晚安凍膜快用完了 蘭芝我用起來就是沒有亂長其他東西 但沒有好用到讓我想回購 之前有用過heme(無感...)和NARUKO的茶樹晚安凍(黏黏的)不是很喜歡 然後之前板上有推薦prof.tk 我就買了抗皺化妝水試試看 結果用了滿合我的膚質,滿喜歡的 所以想試試他們家其它款的 不知道晚安凍膜系列(有美白、控油、保濕)大家有用過嗎? 因為我的膚質不適合擦霜類和乳液類的東西 擦了很容易長粉刺和痘痘~ 所以我保養都傾向簡單 化妝水+精華液+晚安凍,和使用杏仁酸 大家也可以推薦其它不是霜類和乳液類的產品給我 先謝謝大家了^^ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.248.15.26
