【綜合報導】英國央行周三宣布，新版10英鎊鈔票，將使用19世紀著名女作家珍奧斯汀(Jane Austen)的肖像。行長馬克卡尼(Mark Carney)表示「珍奧斯汀的小說歷久不衰，她被公認為英國文學史上最偉大的作家之一，理應在國幣上享有一席之地。」 　　

由於今年4月，英國央行宣布2016年發行新版5英鎊紙幣，將以前首相丘吉爾的頭像，取代英國19世紀社會改革家和慈善家伊麗莎白弗瑞(Elizabeth Fry)，伊麗莎白弗瑞也是現版英鎊紙幣中出現在背面的唯一一位女性。這一決定引發女權主義者批評，她們指責英國央行性別歧視，低估了女性在歷史中的作用。 　　

英國四種面額的紙幣正面印的都是伊麗莎白女王的頭像，而背面的人物頭像是不同時代的英國名人，每10年到20年更換一次。現版的紙幣中，背面的人物頭像除伊麗莎白弗瑞外，其他幾位清一色都是男性，包括達爾文、經濟學家亞當史密，以及蒸汽機的發明者馬修布爾頓和詹姆斯瓦特。

【綜合報導】參觀動物園，遊客拿起相機照個不停，不過動物們可不見得樂於入鏡，看看這些動物的突襲照，應該多少也表達出動物們的心聲。
 
被突襲的人都無大礙，應該受到的驚嚇比較大，不過還是要提醒大家，再溫馴的動物突然發飆，可是會讓人措手不及，下次想跟動物大合照，記得還是要保持安全距離。
