聯邦食品暨藥物管理局（FDA）23日發表的獨立審查報告指出，薄荷香菸比普通香菸對公眾健康可能構成更大風險，但並未作出建議是否要限制或禁售。

在日益萎縮的香菸市場中，薄荷香菸是逆勢上揚的幾種香菸之一。

FDA在考慮限制薄荷香菸一事上，即將徵求衛生界、菸草業和其他團體的意見。

FDA的評估結論指出，幾乎沒有證據表明，薄荷香菸比普通香菸有較多或較少有毒物質，又或對吸菸者構成更大危險。然而，有足夠的數據顯示，年輕人的吸菸習慣，大概是從吸薄荷香菸開始，而吸薄荷香菸的人也較難戒菸。

審查報告發現，有證據顯示，薄荷的清涼特性，可以緩和菸霧的刺鼻感，因此，薄荷香菸被宣傳為一種較溫和的香菸。

菸草製品中心的主任澤勒（Mitch Zeller）說：「薄荷香菸引起了嚴重的公共健康問題。」

澤勒說，FDA不會延遲提出限制薄荷香菸的建議，但仍有一些重要問題需要回答。FDA即將作進一步研究。

根據聯邦濫用物質和心理衛生管理局的研究，抽薄荷品牌的菸民比率，從2008年的33.9%，增至2011年的37.5%，而年輕菸民的增長更明顯。

中央氣象局表示，今天受到太平洋高壓影響，白天各地晴朗炎熱，中午過後西半部及宜蘭、花蓮會有些局部性的短暫雷陣雨。

氣象局指出，尤其是山區可能會有比較明顯的局部雨勢出現，水氣稍微增加，今天午後降雨往平地方向擴散的機率也比前幾天來得高一些。

氣象局說，恆春半島及台東的南部偶爾也會因海上對流隨東南風移入而出現短暫陣雨，不過，降雨狀況算是比較零星。

氣象局表示，各地高溫約在攝氏33、34度，大台北地區可能達到35度，戶外活動時要注意防曬，多補充水分，避免中暑。

氣象局說，午後雷陣雨常會出現瞬間的大雨，有時也會伴隨雷擊或強陣風等現象，如果要到山區或是溪邊活動時要留意天氣變化，並注意安全。

先前在App Store看到whatsapp有需要更新的鍵，點擊更新之後，打開whatsapp，發現原先有的對話紀錄，全消失了!!! 只有群組的對話窗格還在(因為我還是在群組裡)，但裡面一樣是沒有任何內容的!!

iCloud先前有勾選自動備份，whatsapp在其中~~
查看手機中的iCloud，備份的紀錄為更新whatsapp前之最後一次備份的紀錄，但內容只有(334MB)

之後手賤，把whatsapp刪掉重新下載，但步驟中有包括從iCloud中存取備份，但卻說iCloud沒有發現任何備份!!! 這...應該用甚麼方法來做回覆先前的對話內容?!
