標題[請問] 機車的領牌問題

【王智勇／台南報導】威力彩開獎了，台南一位男網友竟在臉書ＰＯ了一張他中了這期威力彩｢０１，０２，０６，１２，３０，３６｣第二區｢０３｣的彩券，讓不少網友十分驚艷，這位男網友也突然收到不少不認識的女網友傳私密給他，要和他作朋友，讓這名男網友不知所措。
　不過蘋果記者連絡上這位施姓男網友，這位施姓男網友証實，他純粹只是開玩笑，想一圓中獎夢而已。
　至於這張中獎彩券到底怎麼來的，施姓男網友說，他這期買了幾張威力彩，在台彩開出中獎號碼後，他又再去投柱站買了一柱這期的中獎號碼，把二張彩券接在一起，就變成這一期中獎的威力彩，他這麼做純粹只是好玩，想搏網友的開心，也讓自己一圓中獎的夢，沒別的意思。
　只是好玩的是，施姓男網友ＰＯ網之後，真在網路造成轟動，還有網友分享他的中獎照片，還有女網友看到之後，立即展開人肉搜索，立即私密給他，還想和他交朋友，讓施男受寵若驚。

【綜合報導】日本周日舉行參議院改選，首相安倍晉三領導的自民黨執政聯盟，預料可取得大勝，不過安倍晉三絲毫不敢鬆懈，周六晚上到東京車站發表最後演說，為候選人站台拉票。安倍還表示，為了守護日本領土，現在正是時候修改憲法。

不過日本維新會黨魁之一、眾議員石原慎太郎因血壓不穩，臨時取消在東京街頭的助選行程。

日本參議院每三年改選一半議席，選前民調顯示，自民黨與執政夥伴公明黨可在改選的121席中取得超過70席，如果選前民調沒有出現落差，兩黨將可控制參院，不過部份民調預測光是自民黨就有望單獨拿下半數議席。

張忠謀：不擔心28nm供過於求；明年CAPEX持平

台積電(2330)今(18日)舉行法說會，董事長張忠謀也對台積包括三星、格羅方德等競爭對手做出評論。關於近期格羅方德持續擴張28奈米產能，是否造成28奈米產能過剩？對此張忠謀評論，他不認為28奈米供過於求的狀況會發生，主要是台積對產能的佈建，都是根據客戶實際的需求來進行，但對手卻是靠臆測(speculation)來擴產。也因此對手的產能稼動率一直無法提升，生產效率、良率也都不如台積。

而談到產能，關於市場最重視的台積明年資本支出CAPEX，張忠謀僅表示，大概跟今年的水準相仿(about the same)，意謂明年的資本支出，不會與今年的95~100億美元相差太遠。

另一方面，關於主要競爭者三星跳過28奈米製程、直接進入14奈米製程，台積的16奈米FinFET製程屆時可否佔據優勢？張忠謀對台積顯然信心滿滿，指出以16/14奈米而言，如果純粹是晶圓代工的角度而言，台積是有競爭力(competitive)，不過台積有大聯盟(Grand Alliance)的全力相挺，以大聯盟的角度對決像是英特爾、三星這些IDM廠，台積將更有競爭力(more than competitive) 。

張忠謀表示，台積在16奈米的對手，僅有三星與英特爾，未來或許還有格羅方德，而包括三星跟英特爾都是IDM廠，而非純粹的晶圓代工產業。不過，台積則有包括客戶、像ARM這樣的IP供應商組成的大聯盟完整供應鏈，他相信如果統合大聯盟的力量，台積的16奈米將非常有競爭力。

機車火警　民眾急忙滅火

【陸運鋒／新北報導】昨天晚上10時許，新北市板橋三民路一處巷內，一輛停放在路邊的機車突然起火，民眾見狀急忙用滅火器將火勢撲滅。警消表示民眾機警將火勢撲滅，火警意外並未造成人員受傷，詳細起火原因將調閱附近監視器及火調人員鑑識來釐清。

我不建議使用迪庫，你去這個ㄅ，cso-nst beta3你下載完解壓縮就能玩了，這版本的高仿cso，bug又少模組又多，不像狄庫要一直下載新模組http://forum.eyankit.com/viewthread.php?tid=54671
