網路損舊愛女友 公然侮辱起訴

（中央社記者陳淑芬台中18日電）台中市蔡姓女子與男友分手後，不滿前男友與陳姓女子交往，網路上批陳女「破麻」。檢方依公然侮辱罪起訴蔡女。

台中地檢署起訴書指出，23歲的蔡女與陳姓男子分手後，陳男即與陳姓女子交往，蔡女因而與陳女結怨，雙方並多次透過網路臉書留言互道是非。

蔡女在今年5月間，在自己臉書上留言「台中最有名的破麻（指性關係雜亂）」，並在下方登寫陳女的臉書網址，讓閱讀留言連結網址者，都可得知留言是批評陳女。

案經陳女報警，台中地檢署依公然侮辱罪起訴蔡女。1020718

陸綜合地價連漲五季！機構報告：後市仍看漲

中國土地勘測規劃院16日發布季度地價報告稱，大陸綜合地價已連漲五季，且今年第二季全國異常交易地塊數量增加，土地市場高溢價風險值得關注。

根據報告顯示，截至6月30日，第二季全國上報異常交易地塊115件，較上一季增加36件，增幅50.6%，與去年同期的50件相比，數量大幅上漲。在溢價率方面，第二季上報異常交易地塊(溢價率超過50%)平均溢價率142%，比上一季上升22個百分點，比去年同期的平均溢價率下降20個百分點。

對於土地市場不斷升溫的原因，報告分析指出，房企為滿足發展需求，補充土地儲備需求強烈，加上房價持續上漲，市場看好後期房市，致使土地市場有所升溫。再加上供需緊張的熱點城市推出稀缺地塊，導致高價地再次出現，部分城市優質地塊的成交價格甚至超越歷史。

對於後市的預測，該報告認為，儘管第二季後期出現資金流動結構性緊張，但在房地產開發企業市場購地和房地產開發投資方面並未出現回落的態勢，隨著第三季土地供應逐漸放大，以及部分城市的優質地塊入市，市場出現高價地的可能性依然存在，土地市場上升的態勢不會改變。
