在美國聯準會(Fed)主席伯南克(Ben S. Bernanke)做出資產購置「絕非是已預定的行動」且削減速度恐會更快或在經濟情況有必要下進行擴張的發言後，美國10年期公債殖利率下滑至2周來最低水位。

美國政府債務連3日走漲，因伯南克在準備於眾院金融委員會發表的談話中表示，在經濟情況有必要下，寬鬆政策「恐被維持更長一段時間」。
美國公債價格亦在新屋開工率意外走降至近1年來最低水位的情形下延續其漲勢。
根據Bloomberg Bond Trader報價，紐約時間09：45，基準的10年期殖利率下跌6個基點，或0.06%，至2.47%。該基準殖利率更一度觸及7月3日以來最低水位的2.46%。
上周一(8日)時，美國10年期公債殖利率自今(2013)年5月1日的1.61%低點走升至2.75%，創前(2011)年8月來新高，但仍低於5年平均的2.74%。
根據美國銀行美林指數，美國公債價格今年以來已下跌2.6%，因猜測Fed可能開始放慢資產購置速度。
美國公債價格在去(2012)年時則上漲2.2%。

| 高盛：美元未來1年將貶值

【王秋燕／綜合外電報導】市場高度預期，美元多頭氣勢強勁，各家投資機構加入炒作美元行列，推升美元成為今年全球表現最佳的主要貨幣。
不過，高盛表示，市場解讀聯準會對於收購公債計劃時程過於激進，估聯準會相關行動將是緩慢的。
高盛預期，未來12個月美元兌歐元將貶值6%，歐元可能升達1.40。高盛預期顯然與市場唱反調，根據彭博調查的66位分析師的預估中值，到明年中美元兌歐元將上漲6%至1.24。

| GMARKET刷卡失敗

gmarket訂單都打好了 卡號也輸入驗證也輸入了 訂單在成立後卻沒有在Worldwide Shipping Order裡看到訂單要按View All才會出現 其中Shipping顯示Cancelled 點進去看他說我的卡是過期卡 但我打電話去確認過卡片是正常的 試了好幾次都刷卡失敗 請問該如何解決 謝謝

| 美6月CPI增幅高於預期

【連欣儀／綜合外電報導】由於汽油價格上揚，美國勞工部今天公布6月CPI（Consumer Price Index，消費者物價指數）月增0.5%，高於市場先前預估目標月增0.3%，漲幅創4個月來最大，顯示通膨正朝通膨正朝美國聯準會（Federal Reserve，Fed）所設的目標邁進。
同日公布的不含食品和燃料的核心CPI一如預期月增0.2%；日前公布的5月CPI為月增0.1%。
