阿蘭姐，廣告公司的行銷企劃總監，本身也是投資理財高手。在《商業周刊》的專欄部落格中，她以自身的生活經驗，協助了很多年輕工作者走出了職涯迷惘，並建立了生活理財計劃。

巨蟹座，有著媽媽一般性格的阿蘭姐，在辦公室裡有個外號，人稱「八面玲瓏玉觀音」，意思是指她做事情的手腕高明，總能化危機於無形，但私底下卻對部屬如同慈的觀世音菩薩，懂得傾聽與體恤員工的苦心情。

這一回，部落格特別專訪她，談談她到底怎樣學會投資理財這件事，並讓自己成為市場常勝軍呢？以下為部落格專訪紀要：

失敗是投資最好的禮物　　調整方向就能找到獲利

問：妳如何學會投資這件事情？

答：我是五年級生，看起來很年輕，但年紀也不小了。在我那個年代，投資這件事有人教嗎？當然沒有啊！所以，最好的學習是什麼呢？當然是從錯誤中學習。

這就跟職場競爭力一樣，你得中失敗中摸索成功經驗，只要你不放棄，並記得調整自己的方法，你之所以能在職場上吃得開，就跟你如何在投資理財上無往不利一樣，靠的都是你對市場方向的判斷，以及能否及早為自己訂好計劃。

當然更重要的，應該是執行計劃的行動力、紀律，以及調整能力。很多人對投資方向看得很短，也只有三分鐘熱度，這樣當然無法成功。即使你的投資計劃短期遇到挫折了，你也得學會調整一下、適應一下，這樣最終還是會成功。

問：那你覺得年輕人也該從失敗中學習投資理財嗎？

答：當然，挫折是人生最好的禮物，失敗自然也是。但我覺得，當代年輕人和過往有些不同的是，因為現在是網路與資訊即時的年代，你沒有必要靠自己摸索如何走出投資困境，而可以從和人交換經驗中，及早淬煉出成功心得。

像我自己的女兒，都已經高中要畢業了，我很早就幫她買了基金。但我花錢幫她買，但她必須自己決定買哪一檔基金。

你想，一個國中生，如何能懂基金呢？但你可別小看年輕人，透過網路搜尋、臉書分享與尋求網友諮詢，她可是對投資方向說得頭頭是道。

我女兒一開始只想追求高額報酬，所以專挑報酬率高的市場，但我從和她討論中，讓她認識到高風險與高報酬必然對等的道理，她就慢慢明白，應該穩中求勝，從時間的過程中去等待獲利的果實。

有效資產組合 讓小孩學會穩中求勝的行動策略

問：你如何透過親子溝通來讓女兒學會投資這件事情？

答：我覺得溝通很重要，你要談你的想法，也要傾聽她的想法。像我一直是以富蘭克林坦伯頓成長基金做為核心資產之一，她就會凸槽我太保守了，沒有追求高報酬。可是當她從歐債危機中，吃了很多虧後，她也學會要以穩健來替代高風險投資。

另外，我會跟她談資產配置的重要性，因為透過有效的資產配置，可以在變動的市場中，享受到平衡收益的好處。她很同意我的看法，但也會有她的想法。比如她告訴我，富蘭克林坦伯頓成長基金可以做為她的核心資產，而她另外還可以在資產組合中加入生技領航基金，這樣一來，她就可以享有較高的獲利爆發力。

我尊重她的想法，也會引導她去建立她的投資想法。我覺得，共同基金因為屬於跨國投資，當我們做父母的要幫小孩買基金時，最好的方式不是偷偷幫兒女買，而應該是和小孩一起買，讓小孩共同參與全球投資布局的行動中。

只要做好親子理財溝通，基金就好像一扇窗，可以打開孩子認識世界的視野，這也是我認為，當代年輕人可以不用像我們以前一樣，傻傻地摸著石頭過河。只要善用網路、善用像富蘭克林基金理財網這樣的資訊平台，年輕人可以加快成長速度，並提早為自己的財富管理做好佈局。

【蕭孜玹／台北報導】光良接受POP Radio專訪自爆為了發新輯《回憶裡的瘋狂》特地減肥，174公分高的他，日前瘦到56公斤，還被醫生嚴厲指正不健康，要他正常飲食。光良表示，自己不是易胖體質，目前已經恢復59公斤體重，還驕傲表示，因體脂肪低，天生就有人魚線。

來自馬來西亞的他，非常喜歡吃台灣的冰品，目前更計劃發展副業，將冰品引進四季都是夏天的家鄉，「一來可以滿足口腹之慾，又有商機，一舉兩得」！他也表示，想趁父母還健康，安排今年或明年帶他們一起去看極光，至於結婚一事，他則坦言，不在目前的生涯規劃裡。
