大家好 小弟在101年3月分別在中華及台哥大辦了學專 中華是691搭sony XS 台哥大是568半價+489網路吃到飽 兩個合約都會在今年9月到期 最近聽說4G方案還不錯 但上來版上看得頭昏眼花 實在不知道選哪個方案最好 所以希望請大家推薦一下 目前需求如下：(現在已不是學生，是否無法用學專方案?) 1.中華希望續約並有熱線，語音費率383以下就夠用，網路3G流量以下夠用 可以不換機的話最好(不一定要用LTE，3G也夠用) 若要升LTE希望換機費不超過3000元，手機要求至少要比XS順 XD 2.台哥大門號預計NP中華，希望有網內免費，語音費率183就夠用，網路至少5G流量 目前手機是M7，不換機最好，若要換機希望不超過6000 1號方案目前是老婆在用，2號是我在用 有幾個問題想請問大家： 1.有想到可以把我的M7給我老婆，我換新機 但不知道換LTE sim卡還能不能用原來的手機呢? 網路不用LTE沒關係，有3G就好 2.以這樣的情形是現在要衝大省或全能比較划算 還是說再等等看? 3.由於我現在已經畢業不是學生 那我的學專方案到期後就要更改囉? 還是說可以續約? 麻煩各位大大推薦了，謝謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 59.120.10.8 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/MobileComm/M.1403063271.A.01E.html

1028也算是最近幾年小紅的平價牌子 洗面乳很大瓶才150不到 而且我買的是他們網路評價很高的 深層潔淨超綿感泡泡保濕洗面乳 用不到一個禮拜 我就放棄了 雖然泡泡真的 很綿密 !! 近年多起公務員爆發貪瀆案件，但涉案年度考績竟仍拿甲等！銓敘部統計，近年共有51名公務員涉重大貪瀆案件，考績陸續從甲等改列乙或丙等；但涉貪的前消防署長黃季敏過去曾一次記2大功、考績列甲等，卻至今未遭撤銷，引發爭議。

銓敘部昨天檢討涉案公務員考績重新辦理情形，清查後發現，涉案期間曾核予一次記2大功專案考績者，包括黃季敏、前新竹縣消防局長林祥欽共計2人，但並未撤銷；其中，黃季敏在民國93年時，考績更列為甲等。

黃申訴不服改列丙等

銓敘部長張哲琛說明，因為內政部、新竹縣政府皆認定，黃季敏、林祥欽的專案考績敘獎事由與涉案事由無關，且未違反相關規定，因此沒有撤銷記功。

不過，聽在不少試委耳裡覺得相當不合理，要求黃季敏的考績應重新評定，或朝修法方向改進，要求銓敘部再了解。

內政部次長陳純敬對此解釋，黃季敏涉貪案，經監察院及公懲會審議後，內政部已依照規定，重新召開考績委員會，將黃季敏的考績改列丙等，並追繳其年終及考績獎金；但黃季敏對此不服，以在時限內提出申訴，目前申訴程序仍在進行，不過內政部已先將考績改列丙等一案送交銓敘部。

敘獎記功與涉貪無關

因此出現了黃季敏在93年度一次記2大功的敘獎，至今仍未遭撤銷。內政部人事處處長陳榮順指出，當年黃季敏2大功的敘獎事由，是他兼任行政院災防會副執行長，並全盤負責「公共安全白皮書」的工作；黃爆發採購涉貪案後，內政部考績會審議時，認為敘獎事由與涉案事由並無直接關聯，因此未撤銷當初敘獎。

根據銓敘部報告，涉及重大貪瀆案件的公務員共有84人，以警消機關、工程機關較多，包括法官、檢察官、警察、消防、工程、關務及主計人員在內，但近期備受矚目的桃園合宜住宅案，則不包括在內。

51人考績變乙或丙等

銓敘部表示，這84人當中，有51人考績被重打改列乙等或丙等，約占60.71％；考績被重打後，這些公務人員領的獎章、考績獎金、獎狀等都要追回。
