大溪設大客運車輛轉乘站　徵收私有地引爭議 http://ppt.cc/WSC6 好房News記者陳寶印／桃園報導 大溪鎮自成為十大觀光小城之後，無論人潮及車輛均眾多，尤其是假日必定發生嚴重大塞 車，加上聯外道路不足，造成遊客不便，縣府為解決塞車困擾，決定在大溪鎮內規劃三條 大型車輛的轉乘地點，鎮所及地方人士雖有意要將轉乘地點設在大溪埔頂路軍方運輸群的 地點做為轉乘站，而且也有信心取得該土地，但是負責規畫的工程顧問公司卻表示要設在 大溪交流道員林路一帶，由於必須大肆辦理徵收私有地，引起地方不悅，目前該案處於爭 議階段，地方人士希望能設在埔頂運輸群的土地，一來不用徵收過多土地，而且取得容易 ，加上離高速公路大溪交流道也不遠，何樂而不為呢? 據悉，大溪鎮和龍潭鄉近幾年來人多車多，加上大溪去年榮膺十大觀光小城，因此，遊客 更是擠爆大溪，造成嚴重的交通阻塞，為了解決交通問題，縣府有意在大溪設置客運班車 等大型車輛的轉乘站，並在工程顧問公司的規劃下，共規劃在台六十六線大溪起點處旁、 北二高大溪交流道往大溪方向的員林路目前已設置(入日意象)地點以及埔頂路軍方所屬的 埔頂運輸群之土地做為轉乘地點，該三個地經過討論後，以埔頂路軍方所屬土地及大溪交 流道出口的員林路口為考量地點，其中埔頂路軍方運輸群的土地只需撥用，而且一旦確定 後，大溪一名與總統府及軍方交情不錯的大老表示取得土地做為轉乘站絕對沒有問題，但 是工程規劃公司卻表示設在員林路做為轉乘站較為適當。 由於地方人士、鎮所和工程顧問公司的理念不和，將造成該案勢必影響整個轉乘站的期程 ，而且還爆發出地方人士有大肆收購員林路轉乘站附近土地圖利的情事，嚴重影響設置轉 乘站的美意。鎮所希望縣府早日定案，並能擇定埔頂運輸群的土地做為轉乘站，也因為該 土地屬公有地較多，徵收私有地甚少，如此，設置在該處，才能破除有心人炒地皮的情況 出現。 ======= 不要起爭議啦 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 27.52.43.232 ※ 編輯: freeyouheart 來自: 27.52.43.232 (07/10 10:44)
