講電話時，話筒的另一端常會碰到以下這些人：總愛長篇大論的同事，說話無聊至極但未來有機會合作的客戶，或那種愛裝熟、想八卦你工作內容的朋友的朋友等等，遇到這些人，是不是常常想掛，卻又不敢掛！

時間就是金錢啊！別再浪費時間了，在這個時間幾乎比錢還寶貴的時代，講電話如何長話短說，絕對是現代人必學的實用課程。以下幫大家整理一些用過都說讚的小撇步，幫助大家有更效率的電話對談。

先練好膽量

最先要做的，就是拿出你 guts 來！但絕對不是沒禮貌喔，拿出一點點的強勢，以下撇步都是需要有膽，才能配合施行的。

立馬切入重點

相信大家一定常有，一接起電話就開始跟對方胡扯淡的經驗，聊最近多變的天氣，抱怨上星期工作量有多大，或是連喂都還沒，就先被對方一大堆的問題轟炸，還有動不動就討論起最新的科技新聞或八卦新聞（像是：「那篇在《TO》上的文章看了嗎？好多人分享。」）

除非是為了和電話另一頭，對你來說很重要的人建立關係，否則，千萬別讓這種話家常的舉動持續超過一分鐘，試試不著痕跡的從閒聊切進重點。

你可以這樣說：「這聽來不錯，下次一定要再跟我說說你的最新進展。對了，這事我該如何幫你？」

也可以試試用這種閒聊的口吻，搶先掌握發言權，分享你想講的最新消息，不用講得太多，但要讓人以為是無意間透露出來，而不是刻意在搶話那樣。這特別適合用在電話另一頭是你想加深他印象的潛在客戶，但記得，一兩句就夠了，趕快回到正事，否則將淪於油腔滑調。

你可以這樣說：「上星期超戲劇化的，我們很順利的跟一直以來想合作的客戶，關係又更進一步！」

切記勿離題

通常當我們想試著把電話另一頭早已離題的對象，使勁地拉回來時，常會發現，已經回不去了！別讓自己走到這步啊！就算你要決定是否繼續你們的合作關係，也不用把客戶新發表產品的每個特色都聽完，或是，在討論公司成長策略時，也不用跟他完整地交換人生職涯規劃的故事，一旦發現對話有點離題了，就要趕快緊急煞車回頭。

把話題拉回來的第一步可以說些能證明你剛剛確實很認真地聆聽的話，這樣除了讓對方感受到備受尊重外，也可以趕快校正已偏離的航道。

你可以這樣說：

「好有趣！你竟然想到去做行銷，我們真的很驚訝！」講完後立刻切入重點。

「嗯嗯你剛說的沒錯，無論如何，一直很想問問你的事……」

「聽起來你在那還蠻瘋的耶！好酷！對了，你mail上面有些問題，你希望我如何為你解釋呢？」

【吳世龍、楊適群╱高雄報導】一對在雲林販售釀酒機器的盧姓（52歲）、鄭姓（24歲）母女，因機器賣不好，為了拓展「業績」，今年4月開始，在虎尾鎮一處產業道路的廠房內私釀米酒，甚至還以每20公升1400元的價格，賣給街坊鄰居，遠低於市價20公升2000元的價格。
 
高市刑大警方獲報，周四前往查緝，在廠房找到15個大型酒甕、4部釀酒機和私釀米酒6020公升。諷刺的是，廠內還掛有「私釀酒類勿超量、否則恐違法」的宣傳標語，盧婦私釀的果醋中甚至還長蛆，令人噁心。警方訊後將母女以《菸酒管理法》裁處，裁處金額須待雲林縣府檢驗結果出爐才能確定。
