硬拗打工學生　9成雇主都違法

【曾雪蒨／台中報導】暑期打工旺季到來，群園基金會今天公布調查青少年學生打工調查報告指出，台中地區有近7成學生有打工意願，但打工職場超過9成以上雇主都有違法行為，其中以未替青少年投保勞健保、時薪低於法定最低薪資109元最多，與去年調查雇主違法情況相同，但青少年碰到雇主違法卻只有19.4%會向勞工局求助；記者會上也邀請今年19歲的阿樂與阿紫分享自己打工卻未拿到合法薪資的經驗。群園社會福利基金會執行長陸正誼認為，勞工局應該跟教育局合作，主動進入校園跟學生說明打工權益與申訴方式，確保打工學生權益也避免受騙受害。

群園社會福利基金會是從今年6月7日起至6月14日止，針對大台中地區高中職學生族群進行紙本問卷分區抽樣調查，總計有效樣本1408份。

全美第3大電信商史普陵特(Sprint)宣布，19日開賣宏達電(2498-TW)HTC 8XT，這款手機是Sprint第1款搭載WP8平台的智慧機；另外，宏達電人氣旗艦機種新HTC One將在明(11)日開賣新色「魅麗紅」，台灣成為全球首賣國家，為宏達電第3季銷售表現再添動能。

Sprint與微軟將在夏天開賣2款具備長期演進技術(LTE)通訊能力的微軟手機，分別是宏達電的HTC 8XT及三星的Samsung ATIV S Neo。HTC 8XT搭載4.3吋螢幕，內建高通1.4GHz驍龍400系列晶片，支持4G LTE和1080p視頻拍攝，支持最高達64GB儲存空間，搭載800萬畫素前置鏡頭和專用Windows手機相機按鈕，以快速打開相機。

新款手機外型與宏達電前一代微軟手機HTC 8X類似，但擁有更多環保概念設計，包括98%的可回收包裝。宏達電HTC 8XT的2年合約綁約購機價為99.99美元，並可拿回50美元折扣。

【綜合報導】波士頓馬拉松爆炸案，19歲嫌犯佐哈爾(Dzohkhar Tsarnaev)，被捕後今天首次公開露面，現身波士頓聯邦法院，根據CNN記者現場報導，佐哈爾顯得相當輕鬆，而且說話帶有濃重的俄國腔調，不過先前訪問他的友人，都表示佐哈爾可以說一口標準英文，他被大陪審團起訴30項罪名，包括殺害4人和使用大模殺傷性武器，在法庭上他提出無罪抗辯。

佐哈爾和哥哥被控犯下4月15日這起爆炸案，造成3人喪生和超過260人受傷。案發4天後在美國警方追捕時，他們又在槍戰中射殺一名大學校警。最後哥哥遭到擊斃，佐哈爾則重傷，後來拘押在波士頓西方一所監獄醫院。
