| 2013.7.10~T字巷口車禍~請幫看看誰錯?有報案~拿到一張事故當事人登記聯單

影片上的時間沒設定好~實際車禍時間是今天中午(2013.7.10)
我們的車要右轉出巷口有減速,突然遭衝撞~我們車左側的一部分保險桿被撞到跟車子分開,整個卡在對方駕駛座那邊的門前面
其中一個警察看完影片私下跟我們說:以路權來說8成責任在我方.....
我說:影片上顯示對方經過巷口車速很快並無減速!
警察說:車速快或是超速這是"肇責"的部分~~~ 我不懂這是甚麼意思?
警察又說:這樣的狀況雙方都有錯!但你們的責任占8成,最好的結果就是雙方自行負責.
我不懂!減速的車子反而錯最大??還要自行負責修繕費用??
雙方在警局作完筆錄,警察給了一張<事故當事人登記聯單>,然後對方車主就離開了!也無談到後續賠償問題,警察只說要我們自行協調,看是要理賠或是走法律程序,需要資料再找他們調就可以了!!
車禍事件警察這樣的處理程序是對的嗎??警察處理的部分就到這裡嗎?事故當事人登記聯單就是報案單嗎??
那後續我們該怎麼處理這起車禍事件?
PS:我們的車子沒保車損險,也沒第三責任險,只有強制險...>"<

我看過第一集，當時印象很不錯，這次看第2集也很愉悅。 這集小人兵團(Minions)的角色十分吃重，從片頭到字幕，擺明了要打可愛牌， 而我也乖乖買單，現場其他人也笑聲不斷。 我想除了小兵本身就很討喜，最重要的是他們不會真的講話，純用肢體演出， 看起來不會有太多文化隔閡。 我覺得這點是神偷奶爸和怪獸大學最大差別，都是續集，也都比不上第一集， 但怪獸大學有不少大學的笑料，而神偷奶爸就可以輕鬆看，盡情地享受可愛 的畫面。 結論：有空可以一看，是會開心地走出戲院，但沒太多可以討論的片 註：我看的是2D英文版。 -- 感冒用 S S，休假找旅知 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.250.63.159

 近期的英國將會相當熱鬧，不只有歐洲車壇最具代表性的大型盛會Goodwood Festival of Speed的熱鬧登場，這個沒有車種限制的汽車嘉年華，屆時無論是賽車、骨董車、摩托車、超跑等都將能近距離感受其迷人身形與悅耳的排氣聲浪；而今年更是英國女王加冕的六十周年紀念日（Coronation Festival），除了每年都會定期舉辦的加冕儀式外，在今年7月11日至14日期間，白金漢宮也將對外開放，超過200家皇家御用品供應商也將參與盛會，其中最令人車迷興奮的莫過於皇家收藏系列車款也將在白金漢宮後花園展出。

 颱風來了！工務局總動員展開防範工作

記者莊漢昌／台南報導
颱風來了！市府工務局未雨綢繆，局長吳宗榮9日一早指示所屬，針對目前施工中工程，加強巡視工地安全及交維設施，並要求公園管理科巡視確認路樹修剪情況，務必做到最佳防災預防。
根據氣象報告，今年第7號颱風蘇力好猛好快，9日上午轉為中度颱風，預計在11日轉為強颱，有可能是第1個今年侵襲台灣的颱風，目前預估12至14日影響台灣最鉅。工務局長吳宗榮為防患未然，立即要求工程等相關單位加強進行檢視、維護等工作，絕不可掉以輕心。
工務局新建工程科、養護工程科及公園管理科接獲指示後，隨即總動員展開工程工地、橋樑、公園、路樹等大規模巡查工作，期做到最好的防範，將災害降到最低。

樓上的，不是你人品太差，而是丟到6點的機率確實有調低(你可以爬文找有何秘訣丟6點的文章，那篇的回文在第2頁通通都在抱怨機率變低許多)
我比你更慘，今天早上我才剛終結連槓19次
好友丟的確實不算(好友也有幫我丟過1次6點也是不算數)，好友每天大概都會幫我丟1次(半夜我沒辦法爬起來丟)
