【劉燕美／台北報導】2013台北寵物展將於7/26~7/29於南港世貿展出，今年主題犬為「法國鬥牛犬」，主辦單位正舉行「法鬥趣味造型賽」，即日起至即日起～2013年7/22晚間11點前，上傳法鬥寶貝逗趣照片，並留言及拉票，票數前100多者可得免費寵物展門票。所有參賽者，都有可能獲邀參加開幕走秀活動。
另外，7/19前於官網發表寵愛毛小孩文章，寫貓狗兔皆可，其1000名也可獲得門票。

【劉人瑋／台東報導】行政院長江宜樺傍晚前往台東鹿野高台搭乘熱氣球時，因為前方警備車和維安車輛大排長龍，３０餘輛公、私車卡在路上進退不得，原來是江宜樺車隊卡在路中，直到１０餘分鐘後才恢復暢通，讓遊客小小體會了塞車之苦。
江原計劃進行熱氣球繫留體驗，因風速過大達到７節，明顯超過繫留的安全值６節，要搭乘的愛心氣球搖擺不定，地勤人員吃力護球，最後仍因風速過大未能如願。
原稱「怕被烤焦」的江宜樺，眼見體驗泡湯，無奈步出熱氣球，行政院發言人鄭麗文卻躍躍欲試，搭乘另一項自由飛熱氣球順利昇空，江宜樺也在縣府鼓勵下跟進，卻苦了地上的工作人員，在場媒體，警方、維安及追球組工作人員，約百人望著江宜樺所乘的氣球到處亂追，直到６時許才結束３０分鐘的自由飛體驗，平穩降落在鳳梨園。
江宜樺表示，自由飛可見台東沃野千里美景怡人，鼓勵大家來搭乘。不過現場民眾見大批維安、警車拚命狂追，以為發生意外，還向《蘋果》爆料「熱氣球迫降」。
