第一周跑完休息之後, 第二周重點在法國從西北轉東南, 穿過中央平原往南上到中央高地((Massif Central), 最後以"馮杜山"(Mont Ventoux)的山頂終點站告一段落...

本周大多以平地賽站為主, 如果覺得無聊, 看看風景吧(一樣可能睡著...), 第11站是個人計時賽, 應該有趣一些, 第14站開始上到中央高地, 第15站的高山站, 再看GC們有沒辦法對Chris Froome有所威脅...

【短片】髮廊義剪4年　設計師：做這最有意義！

【林泊志／宜蘭報導】一間連鎖髮廊長期在宜蘭教養院默默行善義剪，替190位院生剪頭髮，昨20位設計師一起到教養院內，替院生理髮，讓院生們好開心。

店經理楊景輝說，起初是因為自己哥哥在教養院內，因此找來一些髮型設計師，每個月固定到教養院，但因「久了有感情」、「沒來怪怪的」，因此4年來從未間斷，每個月都到教養院剪頭髮。

儘管院生不太會表達，每次剪完指甲，院生會開心手舞足蹈，設計師說：「這是做這行以來，最有意義的工作！」

國道追撞　貨櫃車駕駛夾困救援

【林師民/新竹報導】
國道三號新竹縣芎林北上路段今凌晨發生車禍！一輛貨櫃車行經88公里處時，不明原因追撞前方貨車車尾，貨櫃車車頭退縮變形，車內共三人，一名乘客輕傷自行脫困，駕駛和另一名乘客夾困車內，警消爬進車體內，以破壞器材撐開車體，人力接駁方式陸續救出兩人，三人送醫時皆意識清楚。遭撞大貨車車上兩人均未受傷。車禍原因由國道警方調查中。

餐廳名稱：和食堂 地 址：高雄市鼓山區西藏街257號 電 話：07 521 6950 營業時間：每周三公休 1130-1400/1700-2030 價位範圍(每人)：200以下 鄰近捷運站：無 ------------------------------------------------------------------ 心得： 剛剛高雄的一陣大雨簡直就是讓路人走避不及， 但就是在大雨中見溫情啊～什麼雨具都沒帶，就乾脆去好久沒去的和食堂吧！ 他真的是間溫暖的小店，一個人孤伶伶地走進去都不會覺得自己很孤單XD 這間家庭式的溫新日式料理真的給人很輕鬆愉快的感覺! 師傅是一位很有親和力的人， 距離上次去大概已經有一年， 沒想到師傅一眼就認出我，記得我的職業不說， 還一邊詢問我最近工作的壓力大不大云云 　 本來就因為淋雨很狼狽，又只有一個人，只想安靜的縮在板前的邊邊角角， 　　　有一種：這樣都被你認出來惹！的感覺 　　不過這也顯示出師傅真的好記性，人真的超級親切的喔！ 不過因為我只是臨時出門辦事， 臨時到連手機都沒帶的那種， 所以這一篇沒辦法用照片分享給大家囉，請見諒。 這一間是好朋友帶我來的， 還記得當初好朋友帶我來的時候， 我們兩個女生就因為客人不少而安排在板前， 但也因此有機會看到師傅的料理過程， 常看到他是很專注的切著美味的生魚片們， 或者是當別桌點炙燒時，就可以看到更有趣的料理過程XD 第一次去的時候師傅就非常可愛的邀請我們試吃他的新開發的小菜 後來我發現坐在板前偶爾會有嚐試到新開發小菜的機會喔! 有機會去的人可以試著坐板前的位置看看呢^__^ 像我就吃過炙燒牛肉片~涼拌洋蔥~ 每次都覺得對師傅有點不好意思， 可是他總是笑的有夠親和陽光， 非常具有療癒系的感覺啊~~~~~~ 我個人最喜歡吃親子丼 不知為什麼，我就是覺得和食堂的米飯煮得很好吃， 醬汁跟蛋汁融合的恰到好處， 淋上蛋汁的洋蔥超~~~級~~~~~混嫩可口， 但還是保有洋蔥本身的清新與微微的脆度， 我自己覺得女生吃有點大碗， 所以女孩兒們可以斟酌請老闆的飯稍微減量， 就可以把肚子留給其他美食囉! 另外，味增鮮魚湯也很優! 鮮魚塊的用料比起別間連鎖的日式炸豬排店更誠懇， 而且可能因為這間店的氛圍就是很輕鬆愉快， 很有家的感覺， 喝起來既鮮甜又飽足， 也是我非常喜歡的一道~~~~~ 個人也非常喜歡他的咖哩豬排， 我是個很愛吃咖哩且用醬很兇的人XD 在許多連鎖咖哩店常遇到的醬都沒了，白飯還剩一堆的空虛感相信很多人遇到過XD 可是這間店完全不會有這種感覺喔 我第一次吃就驚為天人， 後來這間店的咖哩幾乎成為我想吃咖哩時的首選^____^ 另外像是上菜前都會有一盤冰涼的毛豆，非常開味喔! 很可能對部分人心中的日式料理而言， 這間不是很嚴謹的日式料理店， 可是我反而非常喜歡這種家庭式的氛圍， 經常有不少顧客進門的時候， 招待的大姊就能跟她們家庭的人聊上幾句， 詢問著小小孩看起來又長大囉! 阿嬤今天還是喝鮮魚湯嗎? 之類的，聽起來就讓人非常溫馨的話語:)))) 甚至是，看起來應該是師傅的爸爸媽媽都還會出來聊上天， 好像大家都成為朋友一般， 這種感覺不是更具有日式樸實溫暖的感覺嗎^________________^ 總之非常非常推薦這間平價又好吃的日式料理， 開在鼓山區內惟這裡的好店不多， 推薦給大家經常多來捧場喔!! ps.黃妃也是這間店的顧客喔~~~ 因為她家就住在西藏街，說不定下次來就會遇到喔^___^ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.85.236.61 ※ 編輯: August7 來自: 219.85.236.61 (07/09 14:26) ※ August7:轉錄至看板 Food 07/09 14:32
