看到惡房東文 忍不住想到前一次讓我落淚的租屋經驗 那時我住在兵仔市場旁 古早人理容後面 勝華街某巷 連棟的店面透天厝(隔壁是印刷行) ------------------前情提要----------------------------- 我(住頂樓五樓半)跟房東共住一棟五層樓的透天 591租屋網頁寫說"不與房東同住" 看屋時則說他當職業軍人的兒子"偶爾且不常"會來住一樓 公用電平均分攤 他們也會算一份 事實上 "他們兒子和他家各式各樣的人常常會住在一樓" 而且它兒子看到我在追垃圾車(垃圾要自己處理) 還要我丟市場的子母車就好(沒公德心我作不到) -------------------正文開始----------------------------- 有一天因為我在五樓房間從早上到下午一直聞到很濃的中藥味 走到二樓時 當場發現房東兒子偷用廚房公用電 使用"微波爐"在"燉中藥" 我:不是說不能使用公用區域的插頭座? 它:因為我(職業軍人)不常住在這 所以用一下公用電會怎樣 我:.....(傻眼+嘴角撇笑) 它:(開始大聲)要不然下個月公電我多出一份嘛 我:(很冷靜的說)不用了 我只是覺得 你們自己把寫著"禁止使用"的膠帶封在公用插座上 結果自己還偷偷撕下來用 它:(不爽+大聲)阿不然你要怎樣 你囂張什麼 你不爽就搬出去阿! 我:.....(開始回頭走回五樓房間,畢竟害怕它是男生) 它繼續在樓下謾罵 指我男友常來 我常開大門的鐵捲門(沒有小門進出只能開鐵捲門) 浪費公用電 它都不跟我計較 我還在這囂張之類的(傻眼) 結果三分鐘後 它竟然衝上五樓我的門口 大吼要我出來講清楚 可是我一個女生 而且上班時間都沒有其他房客在 我:我現在可以要求你離開我的房門口(很抖) 它:(大吼)你出來啊! 我:你再不離開 我就叫警察了(抖) 它似乎以為我不會叫 持續大罵中 我:(按110)喂 警察先生嗎 我這裡有房東兒子騷擾我 我這裡是..... 它忽然噤聲 才接著走下去 其實我原本不想麻煩警察 可是當場真的很怕它會衝進來 (只是普通喇叭鎖的木板門，後來決不住只有喇叭鎖的) 後來警察來 它說它沒有怎樣 是我先""大聲挑釁""它的 ---> "它強調它並無惡意" 警察問我要怎麼辦 因為我也不知該怎麼辦 警察就說有事再打電話給他們 就結束了 我是很想問我可以怎辦 可是人在屋簷下當場不大敢問警察 而且我嚇的當天就出去找房子(晚上自己加裝門鍊) 隔天白天就搬出去 而且跟房東說 房東還說: 我兒子是說你不爽就搬出去 所以是""你不爽""才搬出去 要扣押金和剩下租期已繳的房租 請各位如果要跟房東共住雅房請一定要考慮再考慮阿!! ps.房東在事情發生前一個月 有因為還不確定我是否續租而欲偷開我的房門帶人看房 剛好我在房內睡覺!! 房東還狡辯說他只有把鑰匙插進去並沒轉開!! pps.這裡的公用電平均每個月都六七百塊 夏天還有到九百塊的 是我住過最貴的公用電 的確是房東當初說的"幾百塊而已"沒錯喔(你問不出更精準的數字了) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.33.236.69
