標題[問題] PF2這兩個月內壞了三次...

(更新：新增收費員往國道的狀況)

國道收費員自救會今早一行約數百人，突擊前往在台北晶華酒店舉行的全國觀光產業發展會議，要求交通部長葉匡時出來面對；但被警方阻擋在酒店外，無法見到葉匡時。目前自救會已動員5輛遊覽車，準備前往下一個抗議地點展開更激烈抗議，目前收費員遊覽車已兵分多路駛往國道，目前已知有3輛遊覽車往南，但經過泰山收費站時，遊覽車也未停止，另有遊覽車則往北方向行駛。（生活中心／台北報導）

超黨派的經濟政策研究所 (EPI)的報告顯示，連獎金和股票選購權在內，過去35年美國公司執行長的待遇提高了將近10倍，去年平均達到1520萬元。

在這段期間，執行長的待遇從一般員工的29.9倍激增到295.9倍。

報告中說，對於一些美國人，經濟正在復甦，可是大部分人沒有感受到。包括許多執行長在內的薪資最頂層，待遇急遽提高，可是一般員工仍然面對就業市場沈滯的不利影響。

研究報告顯示，執行長待遇變動與股市息息相關。金融危機導致股市大跌，也使執行長的平均待遇從2007年的1850萬元，在2009年銳減至 1040萬元，過去四年又隨著股市回升逐漸提高。

EPI說，這表示執行長的待遇經常只因整體股市上升而大幅增加，未必與公司績效改善有關。它主張藉著徵收富人稅和取消鼓勵股票選購 權的稅務獎勵，遏制這種趨勢。
