索馬利亞國會遭恐怖攻擊　共17死

東非國家索馬利亞的反政府武裝索馬利亞青年黨（al-Shabaab）昨天攻擊國會大廈，與國會守衛發生駁火，至少10名安全人員因而喪生。美國譴責此舉為「恐怖主義的可憎行動」。索馬利亞青年黨就是去年在肯亞購物商場屠殺67人的恐怖組織。

索馬利亞青年黨發言人表示，這次近攻行動總共造成非洲聯盟與索馬利亞政府共30人死亡。但索馬利亞警方表示，安全人員共有10死、14傷，還有4名國會議員也因而掛彩。但索馬利亞青年黨也有7名武裝份子遭到擊斃。（李忠謙／綜合外電報導）

幻想交往被甩 男砍死學姊父

〔自由時報記者蔡彰盛／新竹報導〕22歲李姓男子有躁鬱症，去年底從東吳大學休學，他疑似幻想與洪姓學姊交往、被甩，昨天凌晨從台中騎機車到新竹市洪家埋伏，等不到洪女，竟用預藏的水果刀刺死洪父，他行凶前還聲稱要殺自己的媽媽及洪女，警方訊後依殺人罪送辦。

洪女弟弟痛斥，姊姊根本不認識李男，何來分手？並向檢警強調，就算判李男死刑，也不會原諒他。

稱被剔除LINE好友

警方調查，李男聲稱與學姊洪女交往一年，已分開一段時間，卻對她難以忘情，日前因洪女將他剔除LINE好友，竟引起他的殺機。

李男聲稱原本與洪女住在校外同一棟宿舍，兩人交往約一年，事後洪女不知道什麼原因離開他，讓他由愛生恨，決心殺掉洪女。

一週前，李男到新竹大潤發買了兩把水果刀，昨天凌晨帶著這兩把刀，從台中市龍井區住處騎機車，約清晨5點騎到洪女位於竹市郊區住處埋伏。

台中騎到新竹埋伏

清晨約7點，55歲洪父開門，李男上前質問為什麼洪女不在？洪父也問對方「你是誰？到底想做什麼？」

目擊鄰居告訴警方，當時雙方發生爭吵，李男情緒激動，抽刀就往洪父左前胸、左背各刺一刀，洪父舉起左手抵抗，手部也遭砍殺3刀，倒在血泊中，李男行凶後逃逸，鄰居嚇得馬上報警。

新竹市警局第三分局的巡邏員警正好在附近，獲報發現徒步奔跑的李男，當場制伏逮捕。

李男說，洪父死前還喊著女兒的名字，他承認當時失控，但的確有致洪父於死的意圖，警方問他有無話要說？他只淡淡地講「我對不起社會」。

警方發現李男下手凶狠，連水果刀柄都砍斷，事後又在洪男的包包內找到另一把刀。

洪父是漁民，剛當祖父不久，洪母以為夫妻可以含飴弄孫，沒想到卻遇到煞星，讓她崩潰無法言語。

洪家表示，洪女在畢業後到澳門打工，目前人在澳門，未聽過洪女說過李男，昨天家人以電話通知洪女，洪女泣訴根本不認識李男，懷疑李男是片面幻想、單戀。

之前也威脅要弒母

李父昨趕到警局，哭著說，兒子罹患躁鬱症兩年多，病情時好時壞，去年底休學，常常威脅要殺已離婚的前妻及與他交往的學姊，他時時看緊兒子，深怕他發作，兒子這兩天眼神充滿殺意，讓他不寒而慄，沒想到一沒看緊人，就鑄下大錯！

洪母告訴警方，李男17日曾到家說要找女兒，說「要送東西給她」，發現女兒不在，人就走了；由於買兩把刀的時間也是同一天，警方研判，李嫌早就預謀行凶，至於是否受北捷殺人案觸發，警方暫不排除。

郝獻花悼念 濺血列車已灑淨上路

台北市長郝龍斌24日探視北捷殺人事件傷患後，前往捷運江子翠站，獻上鮮花為死者悼念，並搭乘捷運，關心民眾搭乘狀況。郝龍斌說，他往後會盡量搭捷運跑行程，讓民眾盡快恢復對北捷的信心。

北捷發生隨機殺人事件，讓不少「捷客」膽顫心驚，除害怕殺人事件再次上演外，也擔心搭到濺血列車。台北捷運昨證實，該班列車經清潔消毒與法師誦經灑淨後，已於23日上午8時26分重新上線載客。

郝龍斌說，網友們發動送花、寫卡片悼念死者，並給乘客和台北捷運加油與支持，讓他很感謝。台北捷運已運作多年，一直是全世界公認最安全、最安靜、最有秩序的捷運，「絕對不能因為一次事件，把大家對捷運的信心摧毀。」

郝在捷運上問候民眾：「現在會不會擔心啊？」「謝謝你們對我們的支持。」不少乘客熱烈回應「不擔心！」「市長加油！」

北捷殺人事件後，網友自動發起至江子翠3號出口獻花、寫卡片悼念往生者，昨日是事後首個周末假日，來自四面八訪民眾湧現江子翠站獻花悼念。許多民眾雖照常搭乘捷運通勤，但部分民眾仍表示，「還是會有陰影。」

現場志工王世錡表示，昨日是事件發生後首個假日，加上天氣放晴，一早就有民眾到此獻花，致意卡片也都已無空間張貼。

王世錡說，他只是普通上班族，也與事件受害者無關，自事件後每天下班都到此幫忙，「我無法為家屬跟死者做什麼，但至少能用同理心，以另一種方式為他們盡份心力。」

今年33歲的民眾許琬婉，帶著2個年幼的孩子到現場寫卡片。她說，一家人從板橋站搭乘捷運到江子翠站，心裡還是覺得怕怕的，一路上不斷想著：「自己帶著2個孩子，遇到這樣的狀況該怎麼辦？」

北捷殺人事件震驚全台，近日捷運運量也直直落，事發後2天整體運量比上周同時段減少約7至9萬人次。昨天首逢周末假日，北捷統計截至下午5時，整體運量約為102.4萬人次，較上周六同時段減少約8.1萬人次。

發生殺人事件的捷運列車編號為222號列次、車組編號117與118，共有6節車廂，車廂內部顯示編號分別是1117、2117、3117、3118、2118與1118，其中2118號和3118號車廂是事發車廂。
