全國廢核行動平台29日晚間7時，在凱道舉辦「守護民主・守護廢核決心之夜」，太陽花學運總指揮林飛帆到場發表演說，他表示，我們不是毫無頭緒，也不需要任何有群眾魅力的個人來告訴各位方向在哪裡，我們接下來要想的就是我們要讓台灣未來呈現怎樣的樣貌。

林飛帆說這幾天陳為廷問他「多年後我們會怎麼樣看待現在所發生的一切，跟我們現在做的事情」，林飛帆回答：「我自己也沒有答案，我們所有人都沒有答案，但為廷的問題背後讓我想到另一個問題，我們要如何決定未來10年、20年、30年之後台灣社會的樣貌？」

林飛帆表示，台灣未來到底應該要往什麼樣的方向前進，其實這個問題從來都不是去考驗個人，某個英雄式、有群眾魅力的個人，或者是未來的政府，能夠回答未來台灣應該要往什麼方向發展，只有在座的各位。

提到428的驅離行動時，林飛帆說，有時候我們陷入一種毫無方向感的狀態，不知道如何定位未來，但是我要跟各位講，我們大家都很清楚，我們並非毫無方向感，在每場行動之中，其實我們情緒激動、熱血沸騰、滿腔憤怒，但是過程中我們都很清楚，心裡面堅持的價值更加堅定。

雖然還不知到未來的台灣該呈現怎樣的樣貌，但是林飛帆表示，目前只想朝林義雄先生禁食的訴求「人民作主」的方向前進。

新疆烏魯木齊火車站南站出口昨天傳出爆炸，官媒新華社英文新聞稱目前已造成3死、79傷（其中4人重傷），並將整起事件定調為恐怖攻擊。中新社稱，暴徒在烏魯木齊南站出口持刀砍殺群眾，同時引爆爆炸裝置。

中新網引述一名目擊者說，晚上7時許，當他行駛到火車站附近時，突然聽到「轟」的一聲巨響，並感到地面在震動。還有乘坐火車站附近的長途汽車站汽車的民眾告 知，長途汽車站車輛停運。從火車站方向返回市區的一名民眾說，「火車也停運了，不讓上車」。在現場，記者還看到有特警勸離民眾。

據了解，中國國家主席習近平本月27日到30日在新疆視察，下午剛剛才離開新疆。新疆近年來一直因為分離分子反對中共當局的高壓統治，導致漢人和維人之間衝突不斷，維人屢屢成為當局口中的「恐怖份子」，是政府「反恐」的對象。

新華社報導，中國國家主席習近平稱，必須深刻認識新疆分裂和反分裂鬥爭的複雜性，必須採取果斷措施，堅決把暴力恐怖分子的囂張氣焰打下去。由此可見，今後新疆地區的局勢將更為嚴峻緊張。

新疆阿克蘇地區新和縣一家美容美髮院和一處菜市場突發生爆炸，警方處理時遭襲擊者投擲爆裂物，警方開槍反擊，擊斃6名嫌犯、逮捕5人，在圍堵一輛可疑車輛時，該車引燃爆裂裝置自爆，車上2人死亡。

喀什地區莎車縣9名武裝份子襲擊當地公安局，9人向公安局投擲爆裂物，並縱火焚燒警車，最後警察擊斃8人，逮捕1人。

喀什地區疏附縣一群民眾為反擊警方搜捕，向警方投擲爆裂物並持刀襲擊，警方開槍鎮壓，造成14人被擊斃死亡，2人被捕，警方2人身亡。
