從未見過的豪雨　日山口 島根雨量創紀錄

【綜合報導】日本山口和島根兩縣，28日降下創紀錄豪雨，導致1死2失蹤，民眾表示從未經歷過如此豪大雨，當地氣象局警告，29日還須嚴防暴風雨。
 
山口縣因豪雨引發土石流，部分居民被困山區，還有12400戶家庭停電，鐵路交通一度中斷，自衛隊緊急出動救援，山口縣萩市28日測得最高雨量，為一小時降下138.5公厘，山口和島根兩縣3小時降下的雨量，是當地14個地區50年來最高雨量。
