【突發中心／新北報導】昨氣象局持續發布豪雨特報，午後如預期降下驚人豪雨，讓雙北市多處低窪地區瞬間積水，其中新北市中和區許多商店住家淹水、汽車拋錨、機車泡水，受害嚴重，淡海新市鎮附近海面還出現水龍捲的罕見奇景。
