最近想買一間房子~~~約800萬上下,可是我的自備款不夠!我媽說要贊助...但她也沒現金那麼多,她說可拿她分的祖產土地3坪(台北市公館~羅斯福路四段上)去銀行借貸~~~請問:
1.這3坪土地建地(持分)可以貸嗎?約可貸多少?
2.若可貸200萬好了~~那利息和本金加上我若買了房子剩餘的貸款該如何整合~~可以讓我負擔的壓力最小
3.萬一某年某天這3坪要都更,我們權益會受損嗎?銀行有參與權來分配利潤嗎?
