〔自由時報記者王定傳／新北報導〕新北市徐姓男子與柳姓妻子結褵17年後，才得知女兒非自己的種，他氣炸向宋姓生父求償白養女兒的「代墊款」202萬餘元，獲得勝訴，近期又要宋給付女兒赴加拿大念書所花的182萬餘元；新北地院法官認為，徐男因無法割捨感情，自願付錢讓女兒念書，且宋已給付340萬餘元扶養費，不得再向宋請求扶養費，判徐敗訴。

對於徐男要求宋男給付女兒赴加拿大念書的182萬餘元，宋男反駁，他與柳女已達成協議，自98年至今已給付340萬餘元，換算起來，等同98年至99年4月，他每月支付女兒2萬餘元生活費，99年4月至去年8月則是4萬5千餘元，去年8月至今年8月則是15萬餘元，已善盡給付扶養費義務，且徐男曾說：「扶養17年的感情無法說斷就斷，所以我就支付學費讓小孩繼續就學」，可見徐自願給女兒學費。
