英最胖男減肥 先戒早餐24枚煎蛋

現年43歲，體重四百四十五公斤的英國男子馬丁是目前英國最肥胖的男性。由於過度肥胖，他十年足不出戶，近兩年更是無法離開臥床。

沒有辦法自己洗澡和上廁所的馬丁，如今都依靠專門看護幫他擦洗以及護理。最近他幫英國電視臺拍了一部紀錄片，馬丁說，他看到電視才警覺到自己竟然已經那麼胖了，於是決心減肥。

報導說，馬丁每天的飲食攝入量為一萬卡路里，其中包括他每天早餐要吞下的24個煎蛋。為了減肥，馬丁決心強行戒掉這些習慣。他的醫生不客氣地說，如果不減肥，馬丁可能只能再活兩年。
