【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】海燕颱風昨在菲律賓中部肆虐，被各大外媒形容是「30年來最強大的魔鬼颱」，而颱風肆虐的影像也陸續流出，看到海燕的侵襲威力。

據外媒報導，海燕的風速一度達到每小時320公里，比高鐵還快，而且結構紮實完整。目前當地媒體報導指出，有50多人死亡，但官方發布死亡人數為4人，另外有72萬人被迫撤離家園。
