十軍團政戰幹部講習　精進本職學能

（軍聞社記者卓以立臺中十三日電）為使基層政戰幹部瞭解當前國軍政戰工作政策指導、熟悉相關法令規定，陸軍第十軍團今天於臺中圳堵營區舉辦「一０二年基層政戰幹部講習」，期藉溝通幹部的觀念與作法，凝聚共識向心，堅實部隊戰力。

　此次講習對象為陸軍直屬單位及第十軍團所屬的連、營輔導長，特別安排「心理作戰工作」、「基層文教工作」、「國軍危機事件處理」、「民事服務暨福利工作」、「當前軍風紀維護工作重點」、「提昇安全警覺，強調憂患意識」「強化官兵自傷防治工作」等七個課程，藉由專業教官授課與研討，強化基層政戰幹部本職學能，使講習幹部瞭解自身的角色功能。

　最後的綜合座談，聽取各單位營、連輔導長的建言，並說明未來政戰政策規劃與工作重點，期使全體政戰幹部均能深切瞭解，進而達到共信共識，發揮政戰工作最大效能。
