1996年問世至今、2008年推出第二代車型的都會微型小車FORD Ka，雖然地位無法與歷史悠久的FIAT 500、MINI Cooper等「前輩」相提並論，卻在FORD進軍歐洲市場之際扮演了極為重要的戰略角色，小巧車身及親民價格也讓Ka發表16年來都有著不俗的銷售成績。原本預期可能無法符合原廠的「One FORD」策略可能將在第二代畫下句點的FORD Ka似乎將要捲土重來。
