包養酒女盜拷出遊照　富商2千萬和解換撤告

【劉志原╱台北報導】已婚鄭姓富商包養徐姓酒女，送她500多萬元的5克拉「鴿子蛋」鑽戒，還把存摺、提款卡交徐女使用，徐女領走2000多萬元後，鄭男指控徐女劈腿，提告想討回錢與鑽石卻敗訴，他反因偷拷貝徐女電腦內徐女與男友人出遊照，遭徐女求償60萬元，因雙方已以2000萬元和解，台北地院判鄭男不用賠；仍可上訴。

鄭男(53歲)是建設負責人，6年前結識徐姓酒女（26歲），每月花10萬元包養，前年發覺徐女與旅行社領隊彭男互動親密，暗中開啟她筆記型電腦，複製徐、彭出遊合照，徐女得知後怒提分手，徐女控鄭男違法盜拷照片並求償60萬元，刑事部分，鄭男已遭依妨害秘密罪判拘役50日確定。

鄭男也控告徐女。索討鑽石及2000萬元款項敗訴，這部分雙方後來和解，徐女同意還鄭男2000萬元，並不再追究鄭男盜拷案，法院認為，雙方既已和解，判鄭男不用賠償。
