黑心養護院藥全過期　1人顧8老人

【方翊倩／綜合報導】台北市文山區一家老人養護中心，違法收托八名六十五歲以上的老人遭檢舉，北市社會局上周五稽查，發現業者不僅未立案，現場環境悶熱凌亂、藥品、尿布全過期，甚至沒有滅火器。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，在萬芳社區、文山區萬安街一帶民宅，隱身未立案老人機構，北市社會局上周五到場聯合稽查，發現有八名老人，最年長七十八歲，部分老人綁著尿袋或罹患腦性麻痺，卻僅業者一人在照顧。且環境通風不良，物品及垃圾亂堆放，擺放的藥品全數過期，滅火器、避難緊急標示及緊急照明等設備全都沒有，惡性重大。

社會局最快今將開單重罰十五萬元，已勒令停業，或限三個月內申請合法立案改善。
