【許逸民／澎湖報導】研究青斑蝶的日本退休學者福村拓己獲悉自己於今年夏、秋兩季，在日本山口縣下關市標放的其中2隻青斑蝶，在澎湖西嶼東昌營區西堡壘被發現後，今在國內研究蝴蝶學者陳建志陪同下，專程搭機抵澎湖察看瞭解，日本朝日新聞台記者也跟著到澎湖紀錄這蝶蹤。

福村拓己說，過去20年在日本已標放上萬隻以上青斑蝶，在台被發現紀錄不過15隻，但今年1個月內，光澎湖東昌營區西堡壘一地，包括陳建志副教授的研究團隊在內，就發現7隻從日本標放而來的青斑蝶，所以想一探究竟，瞭解原因。
