日本國安局今成立　明年起正式運作

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】日本「國家安全保障局」(NSC)今日正式成立，內閣官房參事谷內正太郎獲委任為局長。

谷內正太郎昨日在東京發表講話，指NSC是決策工作的機構，負責制定日本中長期的外交和安全保障戰略，國家安全會議將會明年1月起正式運作，約有60人，職能相當於美國的國家安全事務委員會。

有報道指，日本國安會將首先開通美國和英國的安全熱線，又會尋求與印度、澳洲及南韓、俄羅斯等國建立類似熱線，加強在國家安全議題上的溝通合作。
