陸軍：義務役挹注 滿足員額需求

陸軍司令部針對裝甲兵及外島士兵招募欠佳表示，由於義務役常備兵仍徵集服役，可滿足部隊及外島地區員額需求。

關於媒體報導陸軍裝甲兵及外島地區招募欠佳一事，陸軍司令部說明，募兵制執行驗證階段已延長至民國105年底完成，但由於義務役常備兵仍持續徵集服役，可滿足陸軍裝甲兵各類型部隊及外島地區員額需求。

陸軍司令部指出，目前陸軍裝甲兵各戰鬥部隊及外島各地區部隊編現比均達85%以上，各項武器操作及戰演訓具備達成任務能力，不受影響。

不過，陸軍也強調，已同步規劃相關革新作法及配套措施，可望在民國105年底前逐年提升志願役兵力編現，循序達成募兵制志願役人力目標。
