13歲女產3胞胎　61歲父潛逃

【周佩萱／綜合外電報導】多明尼加共和國首都聖多明哥一現年13歲少女，在醫院產下3胞胎，父親為61歲的老漢，因擔心被捕已經潛逃，當局正追捕中，3胞胎則因早產目前還在加護病房，不過醫生表示3胞胎應可順利存活。
 
多明尼加女性合法結婚年齡為18歲，潛逃老漢一旦被捕，將面臨性侵未成年少女的刑責，將可判20到30年徒刑，並處以2千到1萬美元的罰款。
 
根據英國展翅協會(ECPAT)統計，多明尼加15到19歲的女孩，有15%已經當媽媽，每年都有15歲以下的少女鏟子，是全球青少女懷孕率最高的國家之一。
