請問關於集合透天住宅在自家頂樓架設基地台，算是增建部份嗎?
如果己經領有雜項執照，還需其他住戶同意嗎?
每戶己辦理土地分割，產權獨立，但法定空地是與全社區一起計算，這算是公同共有嗎？(因為權狀上並沒有法定空地的登記)
同一張建照及使照，容積及建蔽率是全社區每層一起總計算。但使用自己樓頂需要其他住戶同意嗎?
並未有使用同一出入口，但有與其他住戶有共有牆壁，可以不參加管委會嗎?以後可以自己單獨改建增建嗎?
