科州元旦起　可合法買賣消遣用大麻

【周佩萱╱綜合外電報導】美國科羅拉多州2014年元旦一大早，出現不少民眾排隊買大麻，科羅拉多州從1月1日起合法允許販售消遣用大麻，也就是說民眾單純想享用呼麻快感，就可購買大麻，科州也成全美第一個允許販售消遣用大麻的州。

開放販售大麻，科州政府估計每年將可有高達5.78億美元的營收，其中6700萬美元將成為政府稅收。

科州早在一年多年經過公投，允許成年人持有、栽種以及個人使用大麻，不過雖然開放販售，在公眾場所呼麻依舊是違法行為。
