LINE染黃了！　色情業用LINE攬客

【石秀華／高雄報導】通訊軟體LINE在台灣約有1千7百萬的使用者，平均每10人中有7.3人使用LINE，有色情業者看準LINE的商機，在網路以「外送茶莊」為名貼文，還言明服務地區為大臺北地區、臺中、高雄及新竹，以「距離」區分優惠。
 
貼文中，還指出服務範圍包括洗澡、按摩、口交、愛愛、事後澡等全套服務，各類美女，從罩杯A到H，讓你high到爆，服務時間為50至60分鐘，文末並附上LINE的ID號碼，供LINE用戶搜尋聯絡。
 
律師林岡輝指出，該類情色貼文用LINE攬客，其實已觸犯《兒童及少年性交易防制條例》罪，可處5年以下有期徒刑，得併科1百萬以下罰金，若嫖客因此和16歲以下之人性交易，可處1年以下有期徒刑、拘役或10萬元以下罰金。
