大大們安安~

是這樣的，如題。
我是個從 yahoo 搬家到隨意窩人，到隨意窩要改變個人資料的時候卻發現. . .
可以改但好像要 $$ ，而且有什麼條約. . . . . . 之類的就對了。

要改姓別是不能改、要改姓名(暱稱)也改不了，每每我按確認送出時,
總是出現一個視窗, 有什麼中華電信的條約, 然後什麼電子帳單的,
搞到我頭昏了~
有查過一些資料, 也想過要辦新的隨意窩部落格 ,
可是再辦一個還是會要 $$ 吧??

請各位大大們想個法子吧 ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
