劉德華拍戲踢壞直昇機　判賠267萬元定讞

【劉昌松／台北報導】港星劉德華在1997年來台拍攝《情義之西西里島》電影時，在1場直昇機打鬥戲中賣力演出，卻不慎踢到操縱桿，導致直昇機旋翼葉片傾斜受損，最高法院判劉德華需賠償出借直昇機的德安航空267萬多元定讞。

根據直昇機駕駛作證，事故當時，德安航空將直昇機停在屏東基地，拍攝劉德華從前座翻出，沿著機體側身到後座的特寫，因為拍了2、3次效果都不好，所以劉德華加大動作，左腳因此不慎碰到駕駛艙內的操作桿，機體震動傾斜，旋翼片掃到地面的聚光燈布幔受損。

高院更二審認定，雖德安駕駛有責任在拍攝時確保航務安全，但劉德華誤觸操縱桿也要負4成過失責任，判劉賠償267萬多元，案經最高法院駁回上訴定讞。
