鄰狗暴衝咬童腿　飼主判賠4萬5

新竹縣湖口鄉1名莊姓男子(80歲)在家養了1隻黃狗，任牠自由行動未繫狗鍊，去年7月突然衝出家門，咬傷鄰居1名9歲男童的大腿。新竹地院昨判莊男應賠4萬5000元。全案仍可上訴。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，判決書指出，案發當時因正值狂犬病疫情時期，陳姓婦人擔心兒子有感染風險，上門找飼主說「你的狗咬傷我兒子」，莊男拿出1000元說 「要就拿去，不然就來告我！」莊男還反嗆「誰叫你從這條路過的」、「這條路是我家的」。法官依過失傷害罪判處45天，得易科罰金4萬5000元。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
