過年前向"開立數位"購買vovo V11魔術機手機,
這首機有另贈3個背蓋
但是收到貨時沒有隨機出貨，
而說好預定出貨(背蓋)的時間似乎是一延再延
而且似乎想用其它叫便宜的商品取代
很多買家也不願意如此
而他也不給出貨的時間表
請問要如何自力救濟
