Yahoo信箱各種夾檔下載後，名稱都呈亂碼的問題。

作業系統︰Win7

最近信箱收件，只要是夾檔(無論是Word,Excel,Pdf,…etc.)的名稱是中文(不論繁簡體)，
下載前名稱明明是正常的中文，下載後名稱卻全部變成亂碼，以致無法開啟；
一定要再麻煩寄件者改為數字或英文名稱，才能於下載後正常開啟。

請問︰這是什麼原因造成?
是不是我誤觸到什麼鍵?因為上個月還一切正常。
煩請各位大大幫忙解決。謝謝!
