事情是這樣子
我在FB看到有人再拍賣一張桌子
我以八千元得標
後來因為尺寸不符合(他PO出來時未標實際尺寸後來第一次問他尺寸他抓一個大概第二次叫它實際去糧才發現不符)
跟老闆說可能沒辦法要了
我也很有誠意的要解決糾紛要匯一千元給他算做補償
結果他意思叫我一定要買
我跟他說我自己也有錯沒先看清楚沒標尺寸所以會補償他一千元
叫他讓給下一個賣家後來他的意思就是我得標就一定要買
他說他會把私訊內容存證走法律途徑提出小額判決
請問這真的會有事嗎?
我朋友是說這個算半威脅強迫買可以去消基會告他是真的嗎?
我有點警張因為對法律不是很了解還請各位能夠幫忙
