二代健保卡像悠遊卡　可望付掛號費

健保IC卡將升級為二代卡，擬將結合電子錢包等功能，如悠遊卡一樣具儲值功能，付掛號費和部分負擔醫療費用。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，健保署昨舉辦「承保資料加值應用研討會」指出，金管會最近已研擬開放非金融機構業者為第三方支付平台，未來健保IC卡除既有就醫憑證，擬可望結合長照保險，現金儲值及小額支付功能，以支付掛號費和部分負擔。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
