遭鄭捷殺傷18人 全要提告

北捷殺人事件檢方昨指派檢察官分頭到和平、雙和、三重與亞東醫院就訊共11名傷者，並傳訊2人到地檢署作證。截至昨日晚間，檢方已訊問19名傷者與3名目擊者，除1名女高中生課業繁忙，沒空繼續出庭不願提告外，其餘18人均對鄭捷提出殺人未遂或傷害告訴！

檢方將持續訊問其餘的傷者，暫時無提訊鄭捷的計畫。另外，有死者家屬提出希望能觀看當時捷運車廂內監視器畫面，檢方會另做安排。

鄭捷父母事發至今未公開露面，昨媒體猜測兩老會到北所看兒子，大陣仗在所外堵人，卻撲了個空；所方表示，昨一整天無人辦理會面，也無人寄送金錢或物品給鄭捷，因所內個人生活用品須自己出錢買，身無分文的鄭捷，全由所方以「關懷弱勢收容人」名義提供。
