你好~
我是德霖廚藝系的學生~

我們廚藝類的課程大致可分為三大模組:
(1)中餐廚藝模組，其中包括：蔬果切雕、中餐廚藝、日本料理、中式米食
(2)西餐廚藝模組，其中包括：歐式料理、西餐廚藝
(3)烘焙廚藝模組，其中包括：蛋糕裝飾、西點烘焙、麵包製作
另外還有飲料調製等相關課程

在這裡可以增進自己的技術
就算高中職不是餐飲相關科系的學生也可以進來就讀
我們系上有安排輔導課程，輔導學生們考取餐飲相關證照

而且系上老師人都很好。
